ABOUT
ME

I find joy in helping people to find structure in the chaos of life, foster self-awareness, and craft a more fulfilling and meaningful life.

-
I am a leadership and professional development coach whose work is grounded in organizational psychology, behavioral science, and over 20 years of international experience in HR, leadership development, and organizational change. My coaching supports leaders and professionals who want to move from constant fire-fighting to greater clarity, confidence, and strategic focus.
-
My approach is both practical and systemic. I help clients explore not only their individual goals and behaviors, but also the broader organizational dynamics, relationships, structures, and cultural patterns that shape their leadership experience.
-
I work with clients on career transitions, leadership presence, resilience, communication, influence, work-life balance, and personal effectiveness. By integrating research-informed coaching methods with real-world business experience, I support clients in building self-awareness, shifting unhelpful patterns, and translating insight into meaningful behavioral change.
-
With experience across multiple countries and sectors, I bring a global perspective and a deep understanding of the pressures leaders face in complex, fast-changing workplaces. My goal is to help clients lead with greater purpose, adaptability, and impact — while creating sustainable change for themselves, their teams, and their organizations.
